Cerveau, French for brain, is KLapper's reasoning layer: the part that decides how to investigate a question, not just how to word the answer. It is a difference between an agent that genuinely works across a firm's systems and a chatbot that guesses.
A KLapper agent can be connected to everything a firm runs on, from iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint to ITSM/ITOM, ERP, CRM, Microsoft Graph and Power BI, plus the firm's own knowledge base.
